Our Experience

After finishing his International General Certificate of Secondary Education IGCSE from Cambridge University, Dr. Joseph Mina Atalla started dental school and became a dentist at the age of 22, Other than shadowing some of the most experienced dentists some with more than 40 years of experience for long late hours he also continued his education and trainings mostly focused in Implant dentistry from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists ICOI, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Zahnärztliche Implantologiehe DGZI, Alexandria Oral Implantologists Association AOIA, Goethe Frankfurt University , Vienna Medical University, The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, UCLA, Boston University and New York University. He received his preclinical training at UCLA and MUST, he completed his dental education 3 times in 3 different countries by the age of 30. Dr. Atalla received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery, from Misr University for Science and Technology MUST, and his residency at Cairo University, Ein Shams University and Alexandria Dental Research Center. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Universidad De La Salle then decided to move back to California get his boards and practice in Tustin. Dr. Atalla is currently involved in research and Master of Science at the prestigious Goethe Frankfurt University, Germany.

Having his vigorous dental education, training and experience in Egypt, the United States, Mexico and Germany, led Dr. Atalla’s private practice to become one of only around 200 offices world wide to be ranked as a World Member of leading Implant Centers. Dr. Atalla is also a Fellow, Master and Board Certified Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He was the first member in the United States and given the title of not just a fellow but an Expert of the German Society of Oral Implantologists DGOI he is also a member of the Alexandria Oral Implantologists Association AOIA, and the South Europe North Africa Middle East Implantologists association SENAME in Italy, Member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association and Los Angeles Dental Society, Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and American Academy of Facial Aesthetics.

Dr. Atalla being recognized Internationally he was picked with 49 other world wide recognized Implantologists as a Faculty and speaker of the Global Implantology Summit, He was picked as one of the World's Top 100 Doctors in Dentistry, He was also voted for America's Best Dentists multiple times.
